POSITION: CLIENT ADVISOR
As Client Advisor, and part of the Retail team, you will provide a personalized client experience, build strong client relationships, meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. You will be an ambassador of CELINE, combining a professional, authentic and positive approach with enthusiasm for our products and our House.
YOUR IMPACT CLIENT Provide exceptional client service according to CELINE's selling ceremony. Drive local clients' network growth. Recruit and convert prospect clients. Build lasting relationships with clients by bonding with them, understanding their desires, providing advice – "be memorable" beyond the sales process and providing follow up. Capture and update all relevant client information, according to the company tools (maintain client books) in order to retain actual clients and detect new (high potential) clients. Keep in contact with key clients via different channels to arrange appointments/share collection information/product arrivals to grow loyalty. BUSINESS Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements. Focus on cross, up-selling and have strong "matchmaking" skills for all product categories. MERCHANDISE Keep track of physical inventory of merchandise and inform manager about product replenishment. VISUAL MERCHANDISE Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, in accordance with CELINE visual standards. STORE / BACK OFFICE Proficient and accurate use of POS. Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions. Ensure store functional maintenance. Respect stock room guidelines. TEAM Maintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team members. OUR COMMITMENT

KEYS FOR SUCCESS Experience :
Position requires minimum of 2 years of retail, sales, or hospitality experience. Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus, particularly clientele experience. Competencies: Empathy: attentiveness and powers of observation, pleasure in customer contact. Exemplary advisory abilities and unconditional sense of customer service. Knowledgeable on products and their craftsmanship. Driven to achieve results within deadline. Keep up to date with company news, current market trends and competitors' products/activities. Strong teamwork spirit. Be positive and proactive. Role model of CELINE values and retail philosophy. High level of selling and CRM skills. Time management. Competent to share knowledge and skills with team members.
