Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Form relationships with clients to understand departmental needs and job specifications.
* Develop and publish job postings on platforms like social media and job boards.
* Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to execute innovative strategies.
* Screen resumes, qualify candidates, and manage the interview process from preparation to offer negotiation.
* Maintain a database of candidate records and update internal records.
* Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements
* Experience in recruitment or sales.
* Strong drive across leadership and business development.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
