Make an impact at Serco The EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the delivery of ICT Services to the end user in a constantly available Managed Services environment. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Management and high-level technical support for the Mobile Device infrastructure including, coordinate technical mobility infrastructure implementations. Maintenance of policies on the Enterprise Mobile Management platform that controls functionality and security for all mobile devices. Provide 2nd & 3rd line technical/escalated telephonic and in person support to the end user. Undertake problem management activities, including root cause analysis and identification of workarounds. Implement and configure system and device changes in accordance with agreed Change and Release processes. Undertake impact assessments and an overall device asset life-cycle management processes for endpoint/digital, including mobile devices and peripherals. Maintaining of the IT Asset and License Management for End-Point devices. This role may require you to participate in an on-call roster. Serco is a place for you. To be successful in this role you’ll have: Design and Deployment experience of Mobile Device Management solutions for Android & iOS devices and apps via Microsoft Intune and Samsung Knox Android app deployment and support via Intune and Samsung Knox Must have good knowledge of Active Directory both on-prem and Azure, and user authentication protocols. Experience in escalating issues to Vendors and App developers. Knowledge of ITIL processes –Incident, Release, Change and Problem management. Ability to write process / procedure documents for technical and end users.
