THE ROLE This is a strategic opportunity for a Special Counsel to take a leadership role within a dynamic and high-performing team. The role involves providing expert advice and advocacy in a broad range of employment law matters, including but not limited to: Employment-related claims such as unfair dismissal, general protections, and discrimination Representation at conciliation conferences and tribunal appearances Advising on employment terms, enterprise agreements, modern awards, and other legislative entitlements Assisting clients with performance management and drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies THE PERSON A highly motivated individual who has a focus on providing excellent client service and is ready to step into a leadership role within one of Queensland’s premier Employment & Safety teams.
