Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Design and implement data models, document templates, business rules, financial calculations, and workflows using the company's configuration tools.
* Gather and analyze customer data to deliver tailored solutions.
* Develop user interfaces and user journeys that meet client needs.
* Utilize SQL queries and basic coding skills to drive project success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
* 3-5+ years of experience in an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant role, preferably with a technical background.
* Familiarity with database structures and SQL, as well as basic coding skills in any language.
* Experience creating various documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and technical specifications.
* Proven expertise in data modeling, document templates, business rules, financial calculations, and workflows.
* A logical, rules-based mindset is essential for success.
* Proficiency in configuring large and complex software packages.
* In-depth understanding of the full software development project lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Experience in General Insurance, particularly in Policy and/or Claims functions, is highly valued.
