They are seeking a dynamic and versatile Front of House Person. This role is an all-rounder position, combining customer service, parts interpreting, and acting as the 2IC to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service, including handling calls and emails.
* Parts interpreting and managing invoicing.
* Checking in with customers and conducting follow-ups.
* Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service and parts interpreting is preferred.
* Familiarity with the Pronto system is a plus, with in-house training available.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
