Mount Evelyn Christian School has a part-time (0.6-0.8 FTE, negotiable) position available for a Teaching & Learning Executive Assistant, commencing Wednesday 22nd January, 2025. The hours are 8:20am – 4:30pm.
We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated T&L Executive Assistant to join our administration team. Applicants must have a Working with Children Card and current Police Record Check.
The primary task of the T&L Executive Assistant is to assist both Head of Primary and Head of Secondary with teaching and learning administrative tasks. These include but are not limited to:
Facilitating NAPLAN
Coordinating Parent Teacher Interviews
Managing end of semester reports
Being an active member of the administrative team
The successful applicant will possess strong computer literacy skills.
