* Inform and educate clients with new industry trends and developments
* Regularly research, prepare and write point of view papers for distribution to clients
* Be our biddable media platform planning, activation expert (e.g. Google, You Tube, Facebook)
* Manage the platforms team (managers and executives)
* Improve the current workflow, optimization process across accounts
* Work as both a leader and hands-on expert across accounts to assist junior team members with developing results for clients
* Improve, manage and maintain the budget tracking process
* Establish best in class standards and quality of work across accounts
* Champion new search tools, settings, technologies across accounts and help activate any existing ones that are not in place
* Be responsible for Digital and Social team and measuring account service against head hours and retainers
* You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and where appropriate up skilling your department
