The Opportunity As the Customer Service Team Leader you will have 3-4 direct reports and be required to attend to customers and all other internal and external contacts either face to face, over the phone or electronically. You will ensure all queries, questions, complaints and concerns are dealt with in an efficient, professional and timely manner, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
This position requires effective leadership and management skills to set team goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery. The Team Leader fosters a high-performing team by modelling quality service behaviours, empowering staff, and identifying training needs.

This is a Full time permanent position.
The customer service office is open from 7am to 5pm every day. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the customer service department is adequately staffed at all times and to use themselves if other staff members are not available.
