Senior Advisor, Academic Policy and Projects Deputy Vice-Chancellor's Office Continuing, full-time $ 133,490 per annum (Level 10) Plus 17% employer superannuation Salary packaging options are available 20 days family and domestic violence leave available per annum 20 days gender affirmation leave per annum 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum Hybrid may be considered Relocation assistance provided Applicants must have appropriate Australian work rights for the duration of this position (UNE will not provide sponsorship for this position) About the role The Senior Advisor, Academic Policy and Projects works to support the Deputy Vice-Chancellor in the delivery of their responsibilities and objectives. The role will coordinate a range of often complex, technical or sensitive strategic and operational activities involving research, analysis, stakeholder management and communication. The role will have a particular focus on review and uplift of core academic policies, procedures and processes, in particular those relating to academic staffing and careers, and on delivery of critical projects relating to the academic activities of the university. The incumbent works closely with the Senior Executive Team, the Executive Deans and the Executive Principals to solve problems, mediate issues and deliver on the Portfolio's objectives.
