Hydraulic Hose Fitter - Port Hedland Local Branch Technician RoleParker Hannifin is a global leader in motion and control technologies operating for over 100 years.Engineered Services division is a market leader in the service and supply of hoses and fittings to the Mining and Oil & Gas industries across Australia.This is a very exciting opportunity for a motivated Hydraulic Hose Fitter/ Mine Technician who wants to join a world-leading company and a friendly team in Port Hedland.The core responsibility involves branch-oriented work, which will also require flexibility in attending scheduled local shutdowns, scheduled port shutdowns, and shutdowns at the surrounding mines.Reporting to the Operations Manager WA and Port Hedland Area Supervisor, main responsibilities will be:Hose and fitting identification & assembly.Repair and maintenance of hydraulic hose assemblies on all machines.Carrying out audits, inspections, and hydraulic diagnosis.Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers.Day-to-day operations of the branch.Inventory control and management.Industry workshop duties.Align to Parker Procedures and OH&S.Scheduling and preplanning knowledge and execution.Maintain and manage local assets.Completing day-to-day branch system requirements.Standard working hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.If required, workshop overtime to suit business workflow is readily available.If required, shutdown works: As per the operational & client's requirements.6:00am – 6:00pm or 6:00pm – 6:00am if night shift is worked.A night shift allowance for any night shift work and Rental Assistance will be paid.
