We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Coordinator to join our team in a Permanent part-time role. This role involves working 2x days a week (Wednesday and Thursday), with potential to expand to 3 days a week, including Friday. The working hours are from 8.30AM – 4:00PM, including a 30-minute meal break each day.Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors. You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.Your key accountabilities in this role will include:Connect as One TeamAct as a liaison with contractors, fostering effective communication and collaborationInteract with residents and provide support on various village projectsRealise OpportunitiesTake charge of the maintenance coordination to ensure continuous upkeep of the villageNavigate through intricate procurement processes, ensuring resources are acquired in compliance with EHS standardsMake Room for KindnessMonitor and ensure compliance with EHS standardsLiaise and assist the residents in moving in and leaving the village including resident communication and interactions, property inspections and entry and exit condition reportsFind the FunActively participate in planning and executing events and village wellbeing programsWho You AreThe successful candidate will have:Demonstrated administration experience in a hospitality/construction/trade industry will be highly regardedA good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)A professional, proactive, can-do attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety is an advantageBasic accounting/finance processing experience (billing and invoicing) is desirablePrevious experience working with the elderly is a plusLevel 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)Perks and BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate with opportunities for continuing developmentExcellent company benefits and discounts on offerA supportive and friendly work environment.The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.4x Wellbeing Days per year (pro-rated for part-time employees), one per quarter.
