Selection Criteria
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* You are a medical practitioner registered in Australia, with specialist qualifications in Child and Adolescent Safety Paediatrics.
* You have knowledge and experience in child abuse and neglect, including child sexual assault.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* You are able to provide clinical supervision and education, with a willingness to lead and develop the team.
* You have a demonstrated understanding of quality improvement methodologies and experience in implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes.
