Charles Sturt University has partnered with a leading education provider to establish a new metropolitan campus in Sydney. The campus will deliver high-quality Australian university education and will offer undergraduate and postgraduate courses to international onshore and domestic students.
The Associate Dean will take a leadership role in fostering strong relationships with the education provider and will be the primary conduit between them and Charles Sturt, ensuring the delivery of effective student-focused learning and teaching. The role will play a crucial part in revitalising our international student stream and for developing and embedding compliance and operational processes to ensure success of the campus operating model.
To be successful you will have:
7. Evidence of strong leadership and management in the higher education sector with a sound record of achievement in academic governance and course improvement and development.
8. Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation and influencing skills with experience in building and maintaining strong partnerships, networks and relationships.
9. High level of knowledge and practical implementation of legislative and compliance requirements in higher education and delivering associated reporting.
