As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Administration department, overseeing all aspects of human resources to support the organisations mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to the Aboriginal community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure regulatory compliance Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics To be considered you must have: Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role Demonstrated understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation's goals Proficiency in HR software and systems Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
