Evaluation Officer – Contract Role We are seeking an experienced Evaluation Officer to undertake a short-term review of the Startup Year Pilot Program's implementation.
This critical role requires strong program evaluation skills, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to assess the program's design, efficiency, and outcomes.
You will work closely with departmental staff to deliver a comprehensive report that informs future policy and program improvements.
Key Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end evaluation of the Startup Year Pilot Program, including stakeholder engagement.
Manage data collection activities (interviews, focus groups, surveys) and logistics.
Perform data analysis to assess program design, efficiency, and outcomes.
Develop a detailed review/report with actionable recommendations and alternative options.
Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, review, and report writing.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and qualitative/quantitative data analysis.
Background in policy implementation; higher education experience highly regarded.
