Your focus will be:Accounts payable and receivable ensuring accuracy and timelines are metMonth end consolidations including assisting with appropriate allocation of costs relevant to work orders, general journals etc.Payroll and assist with system cost/sell ratesEnd to end subcontractor management including contracts, reporting, registers, dockets, records, payments, invoices, VisRes management etc.General office administration including overseeing stationery, utilities, kitchen supplies, uniforms, travel, accommodation, mail, meeting room schedules etc.Provide leadership and direction to finance administratorsRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor degree in relevant field (commerce, accounting etc.) preferredProficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and AribaGood understanding of accruals, accounts payable / receivableSound administrative skillsProfessional interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated experience leading a small teamSupply management / subcontractor management experienceAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
