Technical Support and Service Technician TinyMobileRobots is seeking a skilled individual to provide comprehensive technical support and service for our mobile robots designed for painting athletic fields and infrastructure marking. In this role, you will combine online support with hands-on technical expertise to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and efficient solutions. Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide online and phone support to customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the West Coast of the US. Troubleshoot robot software, hardware, internet connectivity, and GPS issues. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Document all support interactions in Zenadesk. Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support when necessary. Service and Repair: Repair and replace electronic and mechanical components in robots. Test and calibrate robots in the repair shop. Manage warehouse inventory. Collaborate with other service and support teams globally. Participate in continuous online and annual in-person training (in Denmark). Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network and desktop applications, methods, and procedures. Experience with electronic and electrical components and troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot remotely. Familiarity with mechanical systems and their operation. Experience working with and repairing advanced electronic equipment. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Customer-centric approach with a positive and patient demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements: 3+ years of experience repairing advanced electronic equipment. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
