The role
requires autonomy, excellent time management, initiative, and adaptability. Whilst predominantly desk based, during times of major weather events there will be a requirement to take part in assessment centres, requiring customer and supplier interactions. There is also an opportunity to work on-site with our key motor salvage partner. Excellence in customer service is a non-negotiable, and management of customer complaints is also a key component of the role.
What you’ll do
1. Assist with assessing and towing related queries from the claims teams, customers, repairers and suppliers
2. Coordinating of tows to support vehicle assessment and repair
3. Ensuring correct towing suppliers are utilised, and meeting contractual SLAs
4. Administration facilities management
5. Supporting inbound and outbound calls
6. Identifying key areas for improvement based on the job experience
What you’ll bring
7. Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred. Motor repairer or towing coordinator experience preferred.
8. Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service
9. Knowledge of ClaimCenter and intermediate computer skills, i.e. MS Office Suite
10. The ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skills
11. Strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure
12. Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience to articulate complexity
13. Ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance
