Find your future with us.Location: BrisbaneCategory: Human ResourcesPosition Type: TemporaryJob Reference: BOE/BDue to growth within Boeing Defence Australia, we are seeking 3 experienced HR Operations Coordinators to join our HR Operations team, based in our Brisbane office on temporary 12-month contracts.As a HR Operations Coordinator, you will work in partnership with the business to provide advice and front-line support, whilst working as part of a collaborative team. You will be an owner of processes and systems, as well as general HR, managing frontline queries.This position is hybrid with much flexibility; however, due to the hands-on nature of the business, such a client-facing role is expected to be on site 3 days a week to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide frontline managers and employees with timely and accurate HR advice relating to policy and processesFacilitate ongoing engagement with COEs and the wider HR groupPerform root cause and trend analysis on HR data to identify solutions for service delivery challengesSupport a range of projects across the HR lifecycleMaintain data integrity in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy of employee records along with preparation of contracts and letters for managers and employeesLiaise with Payroll to ensure data integrity and consistency between HR and Payroll systemsOwn and administer HR data and record management, ensuring adherence to processes, audits, quality standards and legal requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business or related qualification desirable, but not essentialExperience3-4 years working in a similar role, including in HR Coordinator and Advisory rolesPossess outstanding interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAn innovative HR practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvementExperience in developing relationships at various levels within a businessAble to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure tasks and informationWillingness and ability to work in a team environmentStrong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in an HRIS particularly Aurion or Work DayEligibilityApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.About UsBoeing Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for both the Australian Defence Force and the manufacturing of composite components for commercial aircraft.
