We are partnering with a global FinTech organisation in the search for their new Marketing and Campaign Manager focusing on Acquisition.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising acquisition campaigns to achieve business objectives.
The right candidate will require a strong background in virtual events, content-led demand generation, and in-person events.
You will also have a proven track record of driving performance outcomes through strategic campaign management and will embody our client's core values of - integrity, customer obsession, and innovation Role responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition campaigns that align with business goals and market opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, strategy, analytics, and partner development, to ensure campaign success.
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that engage customers and drive lead generation.
Coordinate with event vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Create and manage content-led demand generation campaigns that resonate with customers and target audience.
Develop and distribute high-quality content across various channels to drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics and outcomes.
Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.
Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Allocate resources efficiently and track spending against budget.
Role requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in campaign management, with a focus on acquisition campaigns within the accountant and bookkeeping segment.
Demonstrated success in executing virtual events, content-led demand generation, and in-person events.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Please note, this is an 18-month temporary contract so you must have full working rights for this position.
