About the Position
The Customer Service Agent (CSA) role involves driving Coles vans to deliver customer orders directly to their homes.
You will navigate local neighbourhoods safely during the day or night, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer shopping.
In addition to driving, you will assist with order picking and packing to the highest standards for efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive and navigate Coles vans through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
Deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night
Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
Requirements
Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and safe driving record (subject to police history check and driving history check)
Confidence to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points (may involve stairs)
Flexibility to work varied hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
