The Acute Inpatient Geriatrics Registered Nurse provides direct care through comprehensive clinical assessment and risk management, whilst providing therapeutic engagement and intervention to acute aged care consumers requiring hospital admission. About You You are highly organised and prioritise workload within a healthcare environment. You have a minimum of 2 years aged care experience. You are able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve health goals. You have highly developed communication skills and can liaise with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You have a current valid Australian Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotating roster.
