About the role: You will be responsible for planning rosters, including On The Day rostering and coordinating our in-home care services and workers across a large geographical region.You'll be the important link between our customers and the field workers by regularly communicating over the phone to ensure we are optimising and delivering on our promises.If you have experience in high-volume service coordination environments, this is the right opportunity for you.Other responsibilities include: Ensure rosters are aligned to SCHADs Award compliances.Ensure optimisation of all Home Care Worker rosters.Match customer service requirements against the relevant skills and experience of our field team.Quickly problem solve last minute changes to schedule by contacting and influencing other field team to ensure services are delivered.Work closely with other teams to ensure services are coordinated effectively.This role is a full-time permanent position and, whilst there are working from home options available, you may at times be required to work from a KinCare office.About you: Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations in a service delivery environment.A strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times.Positive "can-do" attitude and customer service focus.Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.Demonstrated experience with engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Strong communication and influencing skills.Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.Previous experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems are preferred.Internal applications close: 5pm, Friday 12th April 2024.Please review the advert carefully and, if you are interested in applying, please seek endorsement from your current manager first before submitting your updated CV via the links above (no email applications please).A position description and salary bandings will be discussed later in the recruitment process.Internal applications only, no referrals or external applications please.If you have any questions, please email us at ******
