You will be managing a team onsite and be responsible for ensuring that the processing of construction is managed according to strict operating standards across the Greater Western Sydney area. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills. Key Responsibilities Repsonsible for the coordination of tasks and projects Oversseing the supervision on-site Providing schedules for workers Adhereing to the higest of safety standards Organising equipment Good decision making in response to high pressure situations and more Skills & experience 5 years in a leadership foreman or site supervisor role Site Preparation, and Excavation Knowledge of safety standards in this field Ability to work with leadership & senior management as well as liaise with external contractors & suppliers You must have experience with bulk earth works and have worked in civil and construction Culture This company provides stability and has a great culture with no egos The company culture is very supportive.
