What you'll be doing
Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their professional development
Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards
Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members
Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers
What we're looking for
Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a focus on customer service excellence
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed business decisions
