Hybrid work environment - 3 days in office Play an important part in creating and establishing the Release Management process Opportunity to build a high calibre team to deliver Release Management practices RBA is seeking a Release Manager to o versee the direction of the Release Management Practice, while leading and developing individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver RBA outcomes. Key requirements are highlighted below: Release Management Enhancements : Enhance release capability by formalising system changes and enhancements in a controlled manner. Clearly define roles and responsibilities for each release delivery team. Establish program forward release schedules. Provide guidelines for managing risks and resolving issues impacting release scope, schedule, and quality. Process Improvement and Coaching : Work proactively and collaboratively with leadership to identify process improvement opportunities. Review each release scope of work against risk controls to ensure appropriate rigor and consistency. Support and coach Release Coordinators, and stakeholders in the release management process and related tools. Lead and co-ordinate the release/implementation planning activities including delivery of Implementation Plans, Readiness checklists, Change Check Point communication requirements and escalation management. Pipeline Management and Deployment Planning : Forward Planning the implementations and releases Build a pipeline of pending releases with the Bank’s internal stakeholders. Define and agree on release and deployment plans with the program and impacted business units. Develop comprehensive cutover plans detailing tasks, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks. Work with technical teams and SMEs to understand impacts of site isolation requirements. Representing and Implementing Release : Represent and successfully implement release management practices for the Bank’s environment.
