Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all technical aspects of the HCM Program, including bespoke solutions, integrations, environments, infrastructure, architecture, data and deployment, ensuring the enablement of business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the program’s leadership team, including partnering with the Business Transformation and Change Management streams to support the influencing of key business stakeholders and service owners.
• Lead a team of diverse technical resources, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
Ideal Characteristics for Role:
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience working in senior technical roles on HCM program/projects.
2. Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse technical teams and delivering successful program/projects.
3. Demonstrable experience delivering outcomes in a business led transformation environment.
4. Strong and broad technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, SAP BTP, BTP-I and SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
7. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
8. Ability to manage multiple program/projects and priorities simultaneously.
9. Experience working in a large, complex organisations, preferably with some Public Sector experience.
