A mortgage provider is seeking banking customer relationship advisor that has banking call centre experience to work in their busy call centre.The role is seeking individuals with excellent phone manner and you must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency to be eligible for this role.The role will presently run till June 2025 as a temporary basis working a 37.5 hour week.As a Banking Customer Relationship Advisor - You will answering inbound calls relating to existing home loan customers of the bank providing outstanding customer service. You will be processing daily transactional requests based on the clients requirements. The role will require you have excellent phone manner and detailed training and development is provided as part of the induction process when you first start. The call centre is open Monday to Sunday and you will work a 37.5 hour week based on a rostered system. Hours of the call centre are Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm where you will work a 7.5 hour day and work a Saturday or Sunday every 6 weeks. The role is based on the trainline at Rhodes The role is starting on the 9th of December, 2024.
