About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Airports and Specialised Pavements business.
The role will involve national travel and can be based out of any location along the east coast of Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the commercial team in administering head contract subcontractors/suppliers including variations and EOT claims.
* Support the project team with procurement as required.
* Coordinate the review, approval, and processing for payment of subcontract and supply claims.
* Co-ordinate overall management of controlled documents for the project.
* Assist the Commercial team in compiling monthly client and internal reporting packs as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a contracts role on a project.
* Ability to contribute to the preparation of contract claims and financial information.
* Ability to interpret and apply contract terms and legislation provisions.
* An understanding of document control processes and systems.
* Working knowledge of typical construction contracts.
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
* Flexibility with consistent national travel.
