Your future role: Reporting to the Site Quality Manager – Rollingstock the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the right first time is achieved for our local project, as well as to ensure that the manufacturing and test processes are followed.
It will ensure that the Rolling Stock is built to specification and ensures that the manufacturing and test records are produced on time and accurately.
This is a 18 month fixed term contract.
A bit about your new role: Manage site IQ activities: Budget, People, Process & PerformanceLead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special ProcessesEnsure Digitalization of Controls & Processes using innovationsPerform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality PerformanceEscalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).Support decision for all Hand Overs (GO / NO GO) & NO GO Veto Right in any caseStop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g.
