We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team, playing a key role in the implementation of a new Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR system. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong HR and payroll system experience to help drive a significant transformation within our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the validation and documentation of Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR requirements and business scenarios, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s HR strategy. Document high-level as-is and to-be processes for Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR, ensuring processes are defined to the required level of detail (process level 2). Assist with the procurement of a new Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR system, ensuring the solution meets business and HR needs. Identify and facilitate process design changes through business and systems process analysis, focusing on continuous improvement within HR operations. Support the alignment of the new Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR solutions with existing systems. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand and negotiate needs and expectations, ensuring the HR function is supported and future-ready. Support the transition away from legacy Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR systems, helping to establish positive change management processes and minimise disruption to HR services. Actively contribute to the solution implementation phases, including configuration, testing, data mapping/migration, cut-over, and post-launch activities. Identify and manage risks, issues, and benefits throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the HR perspective is always considered. Perform additional duties within your competence and skills as directed by the supervisor. Qualifications: A graduate or post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline, or pursuing such qualifications. Alternatively, substantial proven experience within payroll, timekeeping, and HR system implementations. Skills and Experience: Mandatory Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the implementation of an ERP Payroll and Timekeeping system. Proven experience in managing and documenting complex HR requirements, including as-is and to-be processes. Mandatory Skills: High-level strategic thinking and critical evaluation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Expertise in planning, elicitation, and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, with a solid understanding of agile/adaptive delivery methods. Exceptional communication, engagement, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and remain composed under pressure. Highly Desired Skills/Experience: Experience in large-scale implementation of an HR system, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and timekeeping processes. Extensive experience in working collaboratively across dynamic organisations to achieve effective outcomes, delivering value to HR and broader business functions.
