Tasked with driving revenue growth via cross sell and maximising deposits through consistent sales activity and pipeline management. You will be confident in identifying new opportunities for our clients and will demonstrate value-add services by designing and delivering innovative client focussed solutions and compelling presentations to improve operational and financial efficiency.You will also:Manage the sales process for new and existing opportunitiesDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the Client’s strategy to identify opportunities for strategic alignment with the GTS technology and product investment road mapParticipate in deal teams led by the existing client BDMs where clients choose to run a tender process at the end of their contract termWhat’s in it for me?Joining Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team as a Client Development Manager offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high-profile institutional and corporate clients. With a team of 4 colleagues who specialise in supporting our Public Sector clients in Canberra, you’ll collaborate in person in our Northbourne Avenue office in the ACT to re-group and connect with dedicated sales managers, clients and sales representatives.What do I need?You will be a seasoned Client Development Manager, Relationship Manager or established transactional banker who has experience managing and meeting the needs of our clients and confident in developing long-term strategic sales plans to retain relationships.
