Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Lead contracts administration and tendering processes. DUTIES Develop Project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment Ensure that the projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and changes for stakeholders SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a related field General Construction Induction Card (white card) Familiarity with Project Management software like Asana, Trello, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project Prior experience as a Project Manager in Buildings, Open spaces, Amenities and Recreation projects.
