We are seeking a talented and results-driven consumer marketer to join a leading global consumer brand.
This pivotal role will have ownership over the marketing strategy and execution for two highly priority product portfolios.
Reporting directly to the Head of marketing and managing an ABM, you will be responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and customer loyalty within these categories.You willLead profitable growth for allocated categories, partnering closely with APAC teams across strategic planning, innovation and activation plans;Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to deliver compelling campaigns that engage and convert target customers;Initiate and lead relationships with the trade, sales and field teams;Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, digital content, and advertising;Create, adapt, and manage marketing content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels, aligning with global guidelines;Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing tactics;Monitor and optimise campaign performance, providing detailed reporting and actionable insights to the senior leadership team;Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently and cost-effectively;Lead the local marketing activation plan including 12-month integrated media calendar with a core focus on ROI.What you will have7-8 years' post-graduate experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on consumer goods, or consumer-targeted tech-related products;Experience marketing via the mass market (Harvey Norman, JB, Big W) sales channel is preferred;Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a creative flair for crafting innovative marketing campaigns;Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines;Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing;A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and translate metrics into actionable insights for campaign optimisation;Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.How to applyFor more information or a confidential discussion please email ****** quoting reference number 39978 or alternatively, click to apply.
