Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Newport Harbor Island Resort. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail. You will collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
* Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
