Job Title: Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team at Harvey Norman Commercial Mitchell ACT.
The Position
* Provide support to sales representatives with day-to-day duties
* Confirm orders with customers
* Order stock from suppliers for customer orders
* Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
* Maintain track of all open orders by checking stock levels, delivery dates, and payment
* Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
* Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
* Enter orders into Great Plains
* Follow security procedures
The Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience
* Intermediate computer skills
* Great Plains experience desired but not necessary
* Ability to work unsupervised and as a team player
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
