About the role...
We are seeking a Manager to join our team at our Lakes Entrance store. The responsibilities of this role include:
* Crew leadership, management and administration
* Meeting targets and KPI's
* Maintaining merchandising standards
* Stock management/ Inventory control
* Train, mentor and coach Crew Members to work towards goals and succession planning. With the support of your Regional Manager and wider People team you will be passionate about training and coaching your crew to ensure succession planning opportunities within your store and wider KMD Brands network
* Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service
About you...
You enjoy a fast paced, dynamic environment to showcase their amazing sales ability, vibrant personality and strong leadership skills. In particular you will have;

* Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a retail team
