Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of objectives, strategies and plans to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient resource utilisation.
* Collaborate with clients to discuss business and organisational shortcomings.
* Analyse and evaluate current systems and structures.
* Engage with staff to discuss current systems and observe processes at all levels of the organisation.
* Provide guidance to clients on more efficient organisational practices and develop solutions to organisational problems.
* Conduct and review work studies, analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures (e.g., administrative and clerical procedures).
* Record and analyse organisations' workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
* Develop and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
* Assist in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
* Review operating procedures and advise on departures from established standards.
