The Opportunity: As part of our FY27 strategic plan, we are committed to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our legal services through the targeted introduction and adoption of cutting-edge digital tools, including generative AI technologies. We are seeking a Practice Technology Engagement Lead to join our Knowledge and Expertise team to drive the ongoing user experience, engagement and adoption of digital tools (including Generative AI). Working collaboratively with the Digital, IT and other business services and legal teams, you will be the driving force for the ongoing adoption and value creation of Ashurst's first Generative AI tool. Some of your responsibilities will include: User experience, engagement and adoption - taking business ownership of the tools and actively engaging with the user community. Supplier relationship management - developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, keeping abreast of updates and communicating impacts. Operational delivery - work collaboratively with SMEs to deliver operational activities. Manage prompt libraries, supporting documentation and resources. Our ideal candidate will bring prior relevant work experience in a Change or Transformation role in a corporate/professional services environment. It is important that you demonstrate prior success driving the successful adoption of new technologies, coupled with strong expertise in Generative AI. A collaborative approach and strong communication skills will ensure your success in the role.
