This full-time position in Byron Bay is crucial in delivering our state-of-the-art laser treatments to our growing client base. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of laser-based cosmetic procedures and skin treatments, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and safety. What you'll be doing Performing a variety of laser-based treatments including Laser Hair removal, skin rejuvenation & skin treatments Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their needs and desired outcomes Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to achieve optimal results Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations Maintaining detailed client records and treatment logs What we're looking for Formal qualifications in laser therapy, beauty therapy or a related discipline Demonstrated experience as a Laser Technician, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality treatments Strong understanding of laser physics, skin types, and the safe operation of laser equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients A passion for the health and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team Syneron Candela Gentle Max Pro, Hydrafacial, Medik8 peels, facials, Healite LED, Skin Needling experience an advantage What we offer At ByronMediSpa, we are dedicated to nurturing a positive and supportive work environment.
