The OpportunityThe role: Corporate Waiter/ReceptionistWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional corporate waiter/receptionist to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent composure, the ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure, and a high level of client focus. If you are looking for a dynamic role and enjoy being part of a team we would love to hear from you.Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:Welcoming clients, partners and staff in a professional manner, promptly advising relevant parties of their arrival and direction to the allocated rooms.Providing waiter service for meetings conducted on the premises including the set-up, clearing and cleaning of meeting and seminar rooms.Providing waiter and bar service for after-hours meetings and events.Responding to telephone and email requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.Maintaining up to date information within the room booking system, confirming all bookings, catering, audio visual and in room requirements.Liaising with Facilities and Client Services team to ensure maintenance, after-hours air conditioning, after-hours access and cleaning requests are confirmed.Liaising with Client Services team to confirm food, beverage and set up requirements for meetings and events.Assisting Client Services Manager and CS Coordinator with administration and reporting tasks.Providing assistance to clients and staff with audio visual and video conferencing needs.Providing assistance to the café with coffee preparation, food preparation and sales during busy periods.Providing support for the Barista and Reception for daily breaks and annual leave.Ensuring that the reception area is maintained to highest standard.Assisting the kitchen team with occasional ‘hands on’ duties and/or after-hours events support.Liaising with the CS Coordinator regarding overseeing of beverage and meeting room tea and coffee supplies.To be successful in this position you will have:Experience within hotels or corporate receptions.Experience in utilising computerised booking systems eg; Manhattan Space Scheduling Software.Microsoft office suite.Working knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing equipment.Coffee making skills.What you can expect from us:We’re a world leading international law firm with a global team of over 5,000 professionals.
