We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Assistant and Receptionist.
Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Assistant and Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team while providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, assisting with administrative tasks, and facilitating the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
3. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
4. Support the team in listing properties, including creating marketing materials and updating online listings.
5. Ensure the reception area and office are organized and presentable at all times.
6. Handle inquiries about properties, providing information and scheduling viewings.
7. Assist in preparing for open houses and other marketing events.
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or real estate is a plus.
2. Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a receptionist role is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software is preferred.
6. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset.
