You are looking to develop and potentially manage teams in the future.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team in the execution of precise, repeatable and efficient ADAS validation tests.Assessment of vehicle test data relative to published requirements and standards.Data analysis and preparation of ADAS test reports.Development and implementation of test procedures and process improvements.Resolution of program delivery and technical issues.Identify and deliver measurable efficiency improvements.Lead issue resolution process with suppliers, partners and stakeholders through to closure.Key Selection Criteria:EssentialBachelor's degree in automotive, mechanical or mechatronics.10+ years' experience in automotive product development.Experience in interpreting test procedures and conducting validation testing.Proven experience in delivering process improvements.Exposure working in an international environment or with global clients.Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.Exceptional self-management skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to drive technical excellence.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong safety mindset and systematic approach to work.Desirable:Experience in product development, vehicle calibration, or test and development, preferably with ADAS safety features.Exposure to or an understanding of ADAS safety features.What is in it for you:Collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in driver safety.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development opportunities.To be considered for this position you must:be an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident or have other eligible working rights.Hold a current Driver License and your own vehicle.Please ensure that your application includes and addresses all points above.
