We are looking for experienced and dedicated Care Workers / Community Support Workers (CSW) to join our team in providing exceptional dementia care to our clients living in the community.
In addition to working with our clients in their own private homes, you will also have the opportunity to be part of the team working on new, groundbreaking BrightRespite program designed to enhance the lives of individuals living with dementia. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative service delivery, helping to shape the future of dementia care in our community.
Our CSW's typically work anywhere between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The BrightRespite program (which currently held once a month at some of Perth's finest venues) requires CSW's to work rosters across three consecutive days including overnight shifts from 4.30 pm to 8.30am.
