THE OPPORTUNITY This is your chance to build and develop strong partnerships with Key Clinicians in the public and private settings, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists to support the adoption of this transformative therapeutic option for patients with Lung Cancer. You will work within a highly experienced cross-functional team with a 'one team' approach and a high level of support and resources. Reporting to the National Business Manager for Oncology, Lung you'll lead the market development and preparation for the entry of this new and transformative treatment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare the market for the entry of this new therapeutic option in Lung Cancer - Build JnJs patient, customer and market understanding in NSCLC - Map the end-to-end patient journey within key accounts in order to identify insights and opportunities to improve patient outcomes and access to treatment. - Establish, build and maintain relationships with key customers, to enable a successful new product launch. - Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state - Deliver on sales objectives and targets through cross-functional collaboration - Impart highly technical information to key customers and be able to engage customers with compelling scientific narratives and discussion. - Implement a Key Account Management strategy to drive the Lung Oncology business in your territory Qualifications - A successful sales track record in competitive selling to hospital Specialists and other stakeholders - The ability to uncover customer needs, identify and action insights and adapt your sales approach. - A high level of business acumen is required with the proven ability to adopt a Key Account Management approach to the business and customer base - A strategic mindset with sound competitor awareness. - Proactive, takes initiative and able to chart a path forward within new therapeutic or business areas. - High level EQ that facilitates you working well autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team - Personal commitment to being the best you can be, for our patients, our customers and our company - Experience working in Oncology is highly advantageous.
