About the Role We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Reliability Engineer (Mechanical) based at our Yarwun Manufacturing site. Working on a family-friendly 9 day fortnight roster, the Reliability Engineer (Mechanical) will form an integral part of our Plant Maintenance department. As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems by conducting assessments, driving mechanical engineering projects, and implementing preventive maintenance. You'll analyse equipment performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to minimise downtime and optimise production processes. What You Will Be Doing Conduct reliability assessments and performance analysis of mechanical systems; Drive and implement key mechanical engineering projects; Develop and execute preventive maintenance programmes; Identify and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes; Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all engineering activities.
