Senior Account Executive - Energy and Power

An exciting opportunity has be available for a Senior Account Executive to join Marsh. Working within the Energy and Power team, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing large andplex accounts. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of Marsh products and services the client holds.

We will count on you to:
6. Maintain and grow personal relationships and a book of business, and contribute to team sales targets
7. Conduct and analyse research to maintain aprehensive understanding of personal accounts and coinciding business needs, as well as core team accounts to maintain afortable handle on the portfolio at large
8. Utilise risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients' exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for standard client needs
9. Executes renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive and executes in accordance with client instructions
10. Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain new clients and projects
11. Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts, leveraging an advanced understanding of internal service and product offerings, market trends and developments and the business standing of specific accounts
12. Define the strategy for custom solution development for the team portfolio for the designated mid-market or small geography,municating product and solution sales targets,pensation and pricing expectations
13. Attend and participate in industry events and conferences and client functions to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent thepany and its product offerings and solutions
We would like you to have:
14. 5+ years' experience within a corporate insurance environment.
15. Insurance broker's license
16. Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance and issues
17. Good problem-solving skills
18. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the 'C' Suite
19. Ability to prioritise work, multi-task and consistently meet deadlines

20. A sound understanding of business and organisational risk management
21. Prior experience managing a portfolio ofplex accounts
22. Thorough understanding of all aspects of insurance and strategic client engagement
23. Exceptionalmunication, influencing, and negotiation skills
24. Tier 1 FSRApliance is essential and a tertiary qualification will be highly regarded but not essential
