With a customer-first approach, you’ll work closely with team members to enhance their skills and ensure every interaction aligns with our commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating a positive, growth-oriented environment by leading by example, regardless of prior leadership experience.
Coaching and mentoring team members at various experience levels, building confidence, skills, and accountability.
Collaborating with the Senior Manager Contact Centre to identify and implement improvements for both customer journeys and team efficiency.
Championing a customer-centric approach that reflects Regional Australia Bank’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
