We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our busy and growing Townsville Sales team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Mid Market, you will focus on retaining and growing revenue from a strong customer portfolio as well as seek to secure new business from our internal prospects and from your own customer relationships and connections.
Key responsibilities include:
10. Meet and exceed all sales KPI’s to deliver the required revenue and margin growth
11. Effectively sales plan to ensure that key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basis
12. Regularly secure new customers who have not previously engaged with COS
13. Upsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolio
14. Retain customers, build long term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
15. Prepare and present business solutions and reviews with clients

16. Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills
17. Demonstrable record of success in B2B solutions and portfolio sales
18. Experience is the Education Segment is preferred, but not essential

21. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
